Senior Marketing Manager

We are expanding our Cassie marketing team and looking for a dedicated and skilled Campaign Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality multi-channel campaigns that will support our commercial team goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in campaign marketing and a proven track record of delivering successful results.
Experience
- 5 years experience in a similar marketing role
- Passion for all things marketing and commitment to continually evolve knowledge
- Can demonstrate brand guardianship across the whole buyer journey
- Has hands-on experience using a CRM platform to deliver tactical automated marketing campaigns
- A focus on lead generation and attracting our ideal customer profiles
- Respect for data privacy and the rules and regulations it brings
- Evidence of managing integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, social, email, and events) that deliver strategies that attract, convert, and delight customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality multi-channel content (blogs, eBooks, website, and social)

Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience of working for a Software Development company. This role requires a hands-on approach. Our PM’s not only manage the project timelines and deliveries but are also part of the implementation and delivery process. It is therefore a core requirement that you have a technical background and interest in web-based technologies, databases (SQL) and data logic.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand core business drivers and ensure timely delivery
- Understand the companies’ products in detail
- Be able to manage Enterprise level implementations remotely
- Be able to extract key requirements from clients and map these to our products
- Take ownership of project scope and change management
- Design Scrum conceptual model for Agile Software Development
- Ensure all project risks are managed thoroughly.
- Direct, plan and execute several project implementations simultaneously
- Deliver high quality documentation to support project.
Essential Skills
- Background in Software Development or Software Consultancy is essential
- Min 5 years’ experience in software delivery projects - ideally .Net and SQL based

Technical Trainer

We need a new Technical Trainer with experience of delivering training both internally and externally to clients. Our client is a leading software solutions business with a reputation for building long lasting relationships with their clients. This role is critical for their business growth.
The successful candidate will have a track record for delivering comprehensive technology training and support to partners and their support staff. The right Technical Trainer will be someone who has a background in software services, and who thrives on delivering exceptional training.
Main Responsibilities
- The ability to deliver training in all aspects of their in-house, bespoke software product and business process’
- For this role you MUST have a strong SQL understanding
- Produce clear documentation detailing product guide, at a high level for trainee’s and new team members
- Provide internal training on the main product, for new and existing team members • Understand technology, ideally from a tech background in Data or Development
- Plan and allocate training sessions with SME’s in the team, to deliver higher level product training
- Train and inform clients of technology related changes and upgrades • Support the system change process from an end-user perspective by way of overview sessions, training support as required
- Create User Cases and Integration documentation to provide to clients, as part of their onboarding and ongoing support The Technical Trainer will be required to deliver training and support onsite and remotely so must be able to commute to Daresbury twice per week and sporadically for training sessions.
