Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience of working for a Software Development company. This role requires a hands-on approach. Our PM’s not only manage the project timelines and deliveries but are also part of the implementation and delivery process. It is therefore a core requirement that you have a technical background and interest in web-based technologies, databases (SQL) and data logic.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand core business drivers and ensure timely delivery
- Understand the companies’ products in detail
- Be able to manage Enterprise level implementations remotely
- Be able to extract key requirements from clients and map these to our products
- Take ownership of project scope and change management
- Design Scrum conceptual model for Agile Software Development
- Ensure all project risks are managed thoroughly.
- Direct, plan and execute several project implementations simultaneously
- Deliver high quality documentation to support project.
Essential Skills
- Background in Software Development or Software Consultancy is essential
- Min 5 years’ experience in software delivery projects - ideally .Net and SQL based
- Business Analysis Experience
- Must be analytical with experience using SQL
- Agile, Scrum experience
- Experience with tools such as JIRA / DevOps

- Confidently interrogate a MSSQL DB
- SELECT, JOIN, EXECUTE, WHERE, ORDER BY
- Handling of large data when interrogating DBs

Customer Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager with experience of working for a Software Development company. This is an ideal time for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our commercial team and help shape the direction of our customer success management team processes.
Successful candidates must be social, and analytical, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and help the New Sales team create strategies to grow our customer base based on the learnings from our current customers.
Cassie has customers all around the world, so the successful candidate will therefore need the flexibility to cater for US and APAC time zones as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the renewals of the assigned customer accounts.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value and upselling new products.
- Minimize customer churn.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Handle and resolve customer support requests by working closely with our Support team.
- Aid in product design and product development.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with our customers.
- Engage professionally with customers.
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring forecast is accurate and all sales-related activity is input accurately and efficiently.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales-related activities and results achieved.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years prior experience as a CSM with a track record of exceeding targets in retention, upgrades and churn.
- The ability to deliver results and maintain a hunger to succeed without constant supervision.
- A proven track record of building value propositions to drive renewals and upgrades.
- Experience in CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
- Experience in developing and implementing success programs that deliver tangible results.
- A commercial approach and ability to substantiate ideas to the senior management team on how to approach different verticals.
- An ability to focus on customer engagement and build business relationships.
- Ideally exposure to C-Level and Enterprise companies.
Essential Skills:
- Previously worked within a SaaS business / Understanding SaaS.
- Strong commercial outlook. Inquisitive/Curious nature.
