Nicky Watson, Founder and Chief Architect
After a career spent across the disciplines of software design, data mining and digital marketing, and having pioneered the use of several marketing technologies for multiple enterprise clients, Nicky built and brought to market Cassie. Cassie was designed as a solution for companies wanting to gain the long-term advantages of using data compliantly and ethically whilst taking full advantage of legally-acquired data.
Nicky is the Chief Architect at Syrenis, and retains direction of all development work for the product, offering expert guidance that ensures Cassie remains ahead of technological, business and legislative challenges our clients may face. Nicky is also Chair of the Board of Directors.
Glenn Jackson, CEO
Glenn oversees all operational and commercial aspects of Cassie and Syrenis. He has led the brand for over five years and driven the expansion of the business into the healthcare, banking and other highly regulated industries. Glenn is hands-on as a leader, combining technical understanding with a sharp appreciation of our customers’ commercial imperatives.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Glenn has led businesses known for exemplary customer service. He is passionate about ensuring that the Cassie team consistently delivers new benefits and capabilities to our partners, while also maintaining Cassie’s position as the preferred CMP for managing large and complex datasets.
Dave Murfitt, CTO
Dave spent many years of his career leading the delivery of IT security for global brands.
Driven by his personal and professional interest in how data privacy will evolve and impact on commercial operations in the coming years, Dave has ownership of security and compliance of Cassie, ensuring that our infrastructure meets the demands of our clients today and well into the future.
As a former senior leader at Unilever, Dave also provides the Cassie team with guidance and challenge across financial and legal issues, also playing a pivotal role in our business strategy.
