Role introduction
Reporting into the CTO, we're seeking dedicated IT graduate eager to kick-start their professional journey after completing their degree education. As we experience significant growth partnering with global brands, we're excited to welcome new talent on this journey with us. In your initial 18 months, you'll be part of our service delivery team, where you'll acquire expertise in:- Understanding our consent and preference management application - Cassie
- Troubleshooting and resolving support issues
- Familiarization with ITIL practices
- Liaising with clients, internal development, and infrastructure teams
- Working with AWS cloud technologies
Requirements and skills
- Hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree in an IT-related field obtained within the last 24 months
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of web technologies
- Demonstrate a track record of diligence and excellence in previous employment
- Exhibit a positive attitude, strong aptitude, and enthusiasm
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commit to a minimum of 24 months with us
- Display motivation and drive to advance your career in IT
- Approach tasks with a methodical and analytical mindset
- Have a foundational knowledge and understanding of SQL
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities entail diagnosing problems, troubleshooting, and managing incidents. You will provide excellent customer service, engage directly with clients, and proficiently communicate technical updates. Along with:- Utilize suitable ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes to sustain applications
- Analyze and triage issues reported by clients
- Maintain communication with customers and colleagues, keeping them updated on incident progress and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
- Adhere to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Thoroughly document all tickets
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting as needed

The business is undergoing significant growth and investment with Sales and Marketing at the forefront of that investment. This is an ideal time for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our commercial team and help shape the direction of our lead generation and sales management processes.Experience
- A min 2 years prior experience as an SDR with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
- The ability to deliver results and maintain a hunger to succeed without constant supervision.
- A proven track record of building value propositions to drive new business wins.
- Experience in CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator.
- Experience in developing commercial lead-generation activities that deliver tangible results.
- A commercial approach and ability to substantiate ideas to the senior management team on how to approach different verticals.
- An ability to focus on customer engagement and build business relationships.
- Ideally exposure to C-Level and Enterprise companies.

Responsibilities
As a BDM, you will work alongside the sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales to formulate the company’s campaign and lead generation activities as well as engaging with prospects conducting initial discovery calls building up to managing the full sales cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the journey and help lead the charge from the front line. You should be passionate about sales, marketing and lead generation, positive in everything you do, and organized with the ability to execute to clear objectives as well as setting your own goals. As one of the main markets for Cassie, the US is a focus for many of our sales initiatives. The successful candidate will therefore need the flexibility to cater for US time zones as and when required.
