Our client’s latest challenge was to improve patient experience by achieving new levels of connected care.
A patient’s story
Rachel has a heart condition and needs to manage her disease. She regularly records her medications as well as her diet, exercises, side effects etc. so she can discuss with her doctor. Rachel doesn’t have one platform where she can record all her data, so it isn’t recorded consistently.
When she sees her doctor, the appointment is short and she has very little time to give the information and discuss it.
Our client has been implementing ways to help patients like Rachel over the last few years on a relatively small scale (i.e. some patients are able to use our client’s mobile apps to help manage their diseases).
However, as the number of applications for different diseases grows, so does the complexity of their data landscape. Some patients will soon have to use more than one digital application to manage their diseases. As it stands, many of those applications operate independently and, as a result, our client doesn’t have a single view of the patient, which means, they are unable to share collected consents efficiently across multiple departments.
What’s the solution:
Our client needed a way of centralizing all their capabilities so that patients, consumers and caregivers can have a holistic and personalized experience that complies with all the relevant legislations.
With a single view of the patient, our client would be able to provide better insights and better data analysis, which would ultimately improve patient outcomes. For Rachel, this means her data could be shared securely with anyone who needs access to it.

Thanks to Cassie, our client now complies with all the legislations that concern them. We delivered a highly configurable CMP that collects consents and preferences from any data source or touch point.
Cassie was able to combine all our client’s data (data collected from wearable devices to healthcare practitioner checks and medical history…) into one source of truth.
